All reservations made through the Harmony Guest House website are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Guests who select the offline payment option must complete payment within 24 hours of making the reservation. If payment is not received within this period, the booking may be automatically cancelled.
A refundable deposit of ZAR 300 per stay may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges.
Harmony Guest House accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Guests planning to arrive after 10:00 PM are kindly requested to contact the property in advance to arrange late arrival.
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.
To ensure a pleasant environment for all visitors, guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property facilities.
Harmony Guest House reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to leave the property if behaviour is disruptive or violates the property’s policies.
Harmony Guest House is a smoke-free property.
Pets and service animals are not permitted on the premises.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property facilities or room furnishings during their stay.
Guests may enjoy various facilities available at Harmony Guest House, including leisure areas, conference services, and dining options upon request. Some services may require advance booking or additional charges.
Airport transfers are available 24 hours a day upon request. Guests must contact the property before arrival to arrange shuttle services.
The airport shuttle service is available at a charge of ZAR 500 per vehicle (one-way).
Free secured and covered on-site parking is available for guests. Parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Harmony Guest House is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during a guest’s stay. Guests are encouraged to ensure that valuables are kept secure at all times.
